摘要

经济的信息化和全球化引发了生产及组织方式的深刻变革，以区域为单位参

与全球竞争逐渐成为各国的战略选择，而城市群恰恰就是这样一种重要的城市空

间组织形式。城市群表面是地域的集中现象，但本质是集聚经济现象，集聚经济

的本质又是产业的发展。因此，产业与城市群发展是高度耦合的。产业集聚的规

模决定了一个城市的规模，产业之间的关联强度决定了城市间的经济作用强度，

这种基于经济联系的作用在空间上反映为城市体系或城市群空间结构的形成与发

展。因此，从产业角度来研究城市群空间结构演化的驱动作用具有深刻的理论和

现实意义。

通过对国内外各大城市群与产业发展的相关性研究分析来看，虽然集聚与扩

散是推动城市群空间结构演化的重要因素，但就目前而言，即便是发展较为成熟

和完善的城市群（譬如长江三角洲城市群），也只有核心城市上海显现扩散的主导

效应，区域集聚仍是国内目前主要的空间结构过程。产业集聚产生的集聚效应对

区域集聚起到了巨大的推动作用。

因此，论文从产业集聚与城市群空间结构演化的相关性入手，分析两者的互

动关系。一方面，产业集聚会促使城市群空间结构的发展，产业的集聚效应直接

关系到城市群空间扩展的速度、规模、方式和水平；另一方面，城市群空间结构

的演化反过来又会对产业集聚的规模，结构等方面产生影响。通过上述两方面的

分析，得出基于这种经济联系的城市群空间结构演化的产业集聚驱动理论，并构

建基于该理论的城市空间相互作用强度模型。

论文实证部分选取浙东北地区纺织业产业集聚的统计数据及相关资料来说明

该产业集聚对浙东北六城市空间结构演化的影响。通过 2005 年与 2001 年各城市

纺织业产业集聚指标的变动比较，认为产业集聚强度、地理位置的邻近性及交通

网络的通达性一起影响着浙东北地区空间结构的演化。从地域表现上看，核心城

市先向地理位置邻近、经济产业联系最为密切的地域扩散，然后顺次向外。

结论和建议部分，论文首先对浙东北各城市的区位优势产业作了个全面分析，

根据分析结果认为鉴于地理、交通、产业关联等因素，浙东北地区应该努力打造

“两圈一廊”的区域格局，并且提出浙东北城市群建设和产业发展的战略和布局。

本文主要运用了计量分析方法和案例研究方法，对浙东北城市群空间结构演

化的产业驱动机制进行了分析。在前人研究成果基础上，论文在以下几个方面试

图进行创新。第一，研究视角的可能创新。把城市群空间结构演变理论与产业经

济学中的集聚与扩散理论相结合，选择一个多学科交叉和互补的分析切入点。第

二，研究内容的创新。国内外学者对城市群空间结构的研究主要集中在概念的辨

析、发展模式、竞争力分析和对经济发展的意义等方面，尽管也有文献从城市群

空间结构形成（驱动）机制的角度进行研究，但是本论文从产业的空间集聚角度，

从产业集聚与城市群空间结构演化的相关性入手，研究城市群空间结构发展的一

般过程和内在机理。第三，研究方法的创新。论文选取最具代表性的浙东北地区

为分析对象，通过实际数据的收集，运用上述理论与分析方法，构建基于经济联

系的城市群空间结构演化的产业驱动机制模型，进行量化分析，试图更明确、更

简洁的分析产业发展对城市群空间结构演变的驱动作用。

ABSTRACT

Economic informationization and globalization has been bringing profound transform

of production and organization fashion. Region as a unit participating in global

competition has been becoming many countries’ strategic choice, and urban

agglomeration is just this important city spatial organization form. Urban

agglomeration’s superficies is centralization, but the essence is convergency economy

whose essence is industry development. In this sense, industry and urban agglomeration

development is highly coupling. The scale of industry agglomeration determines the

scale of the city, and relationship intensity between industries determines economic

effection intensity between cities. This effect based on economic relation in space

reflects the forming and developing of urban system or urban agglomeration spatial

structure. So study on urban agglomeration spatial structure evolution’s dynamic

mechanism in the view of industry has profound theoretic orign.

Though studying on relationship between industry and urban agglomeration home

and abroad, it shows that convergency and dispersal are the significant factors impelling

urban agglomeration spatial structure’s evolution, but even if some mature urban

agglomeration such as Yangtse River urban agglomeration, now only the central city

Shanghai shows dominant dispersal effect, region convergency is still the main spatial

structure process at present. Convergency effect bringed by industry convergency plays

an important role in impelling region convergency.

So, paper starts from the relationship between industry convergency and urban

agglomeration spatial structure evolution, analyses their inter-relationship. On one hand,

industry convergency would impel urban agglomeration developing, the convergency

effect is directly related with urban agglomeration’s expanding velocity, scale, fashion

and level. On the other hand, urban agglomeration spatial structure evolution in return

influences industry convergency’s scale, structure and so on. Through studying on the

two aspects above, we can summarize urban agglomeration spatial structure evolution’s

industry convergency driving theory and design the model based on economic relation,

The demonstration chooses the data of textile convergency in Zhejiang northeastern

area to explain the influence of the area. After comparing the textile convergency index

of 2005 and 2001 of each city, this research figures out that industry convergency

intensity, local vicinity, and excellent transportation network all influence the spatial

structure evolution. According to the area, central city disperses from the nearest,

closest economic relation area.

Conclusion and suggestion section, research makes a comprehensive analysis of

comparative advantage industries in each city, according to the results, it shows that

Zhejiang northeastern area should make great effort to create region structure of “two

circles and one corridor” considering the factors of area, transportation and industry

relation, and put forth some related industrial policies to build the Zhejiang northeastern

urban agglomeration.

This paper mainly make use of metrological analysis and case analysis to explore

industry mechanism of urban agglomeration spatial structure evolution. And on the

basis of research results of fore person, the paper tries to carry on the several

innovations in following, Firstly, with the new angle of view, chooses a multi-subject

cut-in point to study. Secondly, content’s innovation. Most research focus on conception,

developing pattern, economic developing and so on. But this paper chooses the angle of

industrial convergency to analyze urban agglomeration spatial structure evolution.

Finally, methods’ innovation. Paper selects northeastern of Zhejiang as the study object,

through collecting the latest statistics and using the mentioned theories and analysis

methods, creates the model based on the economic relation and makes effort to explore

the industry drive mechanism.

第一节选题背景及意义

一、研究背景

随着市场经济的发展和我国城市化的加速发展，呈现出一种聚合程度更高的

新型城市空间形态——城市群。越来越多的人意识到未来中国和世界的经济竞争

将超越企业、城市间的竞争，而主要表现为城市群之间的较量。从宏观上讲，城

市群的力量对比决定了国内外的经济格局；从微观上来看，城市群不仅仅是单个

城市在数量上的物理集聚，而是具有重要产业联系的经济区域的一种空间组织。

关于城市群空间结构演化这一概念，学术界目前还没有确切的定义。一般认

为它是某一城市群区域在相当长时期内，城镇体系结构变化，城乡关系变迁，人

口、产业等空间要素动态变化以及城镇实体空间外拓生长等现象的综合。城市群

空间结构演化动力机制研究正是要探讨造成上述一系列空间结构变化的直接或间

接动因，是城市群空间结构研究的一个重要领域。因此，揭示城市群空间结构发

展的动力机制在中国目前的城市发展理论和实践中显得尤为重要。而在种种推动

城市群空间结构演化的因素中，产业发展对城市群空间结构的演进表现出明显的

推动作用。一般来讲，产业集聚的规模决定了该城市的规模，如果出现产业空间

上的扩散，城市群或城市体系空间结构也将随之改变。城市群空间结构演变理论

的研究内容涉及众多学科领域，研究视角也各有差异。从我国目前的发展现状来

看，以城市化的视角研究城市群空间结构发展的产业驱动作用，具有深刻的理论

和现实意义。

二、研究意义

（一）理论意义

产业的集聚与扩散作为城市群发展的主要影响因素，一直推动着城市群的发

展①。城市群直观上看是地域的集中现象，实质上是经济的集聚现象，而集聚经济

的本质是产业的发展。城市群空间结构演化的产业驱动过程在经济全球化、区域

一体化进程日益加快的今天，更体现出综合性强的特征，其研究领域涉及到城市

地理学、产业经济学、城市规划学、管理学等学科。从理论和现实两方面看，客
