深圳港和上海港集装箱港口竞争力比较分析

摘要

　　2006年底，深圳市交通局拟修编新的深圳港总体规划。在新的总体规划中，

深圳港将直面随着港口的快速发展，后方陆域严重不足、港口集疏运系统不畅、

港口经济结构不尽合理、相邻港口竞争激烈等问题，提出为构建深圳港的长远可

持续健康发展的规划。本文将运用港口竞争力评价指标体系，对深圳港和上海港

的集装箱港口竞争力进行比较，从两港发展轨迹的不同和差距中，为深圳港的发

展提出有益的建议。

深圳港和上海港集装箱港口竞争力比较分析

Abstract

At the end of 2006 year, the Shenzhen traffic department plans to write new Shenzhen

port overall plan. In the new overall plan, the Shenzhen port will face directly along

with the problems came from harbor fast development, rear area the land territory’s

serious insufficiency, the harbor consolidation transport system impeded, the harbor

economic structure unreasonable, the neighboring harbor competition’s intense and so

on, the new plan’s proposed will construct the Shenzhen port’s long term sustainable

health development. This article will utilize the harbor competition index system to

c o m p a r e t h e S h e n z h e n p o r t a n d t h e s h a n g h a i p o r t ' s c o n t a i n e r h a r b o r c o m p e t i t i v e

ability. Then from the differences and the disparities between the two port’s develop

p a t h , t h e b e n e f i c i a l p r o p o s a l w i l l b e p u t f o r w a r d t o t h e S h e n z h e n p o r t ’ s f u t u r e

development.
