YL公司绩效管理体系设计研究
摘 要
市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,如何有效提升核心竞争力,成为企业亟需解决的
问题。绩效管理作为一个将公司战略、资源、业务和行动有机结合的完整的管理体
系,具有促进组织和个人绩效的提升,优化业务流程,保证组织战略目标的实现
等三方面的作用。一套适宜的有效的绩效管理体系,将能保障企业核心竞争力的提
升。
近年来,YL 公司业务不断拓展,其原有的绩效管理存在着与公司的发展目标
相脱节、指标设计不够合理和缺乏有效的沟通等诸多问题,已制约了公司的进一步
发展。本文希望通过对其绩效管理现状的分析研究,运用关键绩效指标等绩效管理
方法对 YL 公司的绩效管理体系进行设计,帮助公司激活员工的积极性,提高人力
资源管理效率,实现可持续发展。
本文简要地介绍了绩效管理理论,分析了 YL 公司绩效管理中存在的问题和不
足,就 YL 公司绩效管理体系设计的总体思路和方案实施提出了具体意见。全文共
分五个部分,其中第一章简要阐述了研究的背景、目的和意义,说明了本文的研究
思路和方法;第二章对绩效管理的概念、职能、体系和方法作了简要的介绍,并回
顾了绩效管理理论的发展历程;第三章重点分析了 YL 公司绩效管理中存在的问题;
第四章介绍了对 YL 公司绩效管理体系设计的原则和思路、关键绩效指标和绩效管
理过程的设计;第五章就 YL 公司绩效管理方案实施计划和实施保障提出了建议。

The Research on Design of YL Company's
Performance Management System
ABSTRACT
In the days with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, how to

enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise effectively becomes an urgent
problem which needs to be solved. As a complete management system which
combines the company’s strategy, resources, business and action together,
Performance Management has three aspects on the promotion of organizations and
individuals to enhance performance, the optimization of the business processes and
the assurance of the organization’s strategic objectives. A set of appropriate and
effective Performance Management system will be able to protect the enterprise to
improve its core competitiveness.
In recent years YL Company’s business has expanded continuously, the original
Performance Management has restricted the company’s further development for
many reasons, such as out of touch with the company ’s development goals,
unreasonable index design, lack of effective communication and so on. This paper
hopes to use the key performance indicators and other Performance Management
methods to redesign the YL Company’s Performance Management system through
the analysis and research on its Performance Management status, and then hopes to
help the company to activate the enthusiasm of the staff, improve the efficiency of
Human Resource Management and achieve sustainable development.
This paper describes the Performance Management theory briefly and then
analysis the YL Company’s problems and deficiencies in its Performance
Management, finally puts forward specific comments on the overall Performance
Management system design and program implementation ideas. The full-text is
divided into five parts, the first chapter briefly describes the background, purpose,
meaning, the ideas and methods of the study; the second chapter first gives a brief
introduction of the Performance Management’s concepts, functions, systems and
methods, then gives a recalling to the development of the theory of the Performance
Management process; the third chapter focuses on the analysis of the problems
within the YL Company’s Performance Management; the fourth chapter introduces
the principles, ideas, key performance indicators and the process design of the
Performance Management of the YL Company’s Performance Management system
design. The last chapter gives recommendations on the implementation plan and the
implement security of the YL Company’s Performance Management solutions.
