上市公司金融资产投资策略及效果研究
——以雅戈尔集团股份有限公司为例
摘要：金融资产投资是雅戈尔集团股份有限公司（以下简称雅戈尔）实现经济效益
增长的“三驾马车”之一。其金融资产投资因为金额大、占比高，对雅戈尔的业绩有着
重大的影响。文章通过对雅戈尔金融资产投资的种类以及金额进行分析，观察投资发展
趋势，并将其与企业经营业绩进行比较，得出金融资产投资策略与经营效果之间的潜在
联系，并在分析的结果上提出了一些在进行金融资产投资时的对策建议。

Studies on the Research of Financial Assets Investment Strategy and Effects
of Listed Companies
——Based on the Example of the Youngor Group
Abstract：Financial assets investment is treated as Youngor Group Co.,Ltd’s(hereinafter
referred to as ‘Youngor’) one of the ‘three carriages’ to pull the economic growth. Because of
its large quantity and high proportion, it has significant influence on the performance of
Youngor. This paper proposes to analyze the categories and amounts of financial assets
investment, investigate its development trend and compare it to the performance of the entity,
then try to find the potential relationship between financial assets investment strategy and the
operating performance. Finally, to recommend some suggestions for financial assets
investment based on the analyzed conclusion.
