摘要
随着我国现代化建设事业快速发展，越来越多的土木工程需要对地基进行
处理，以满足强度、变形和稳定性等方面要求。各建构筑物对地基的要求不同，
各地区地质情况有较大差别，即使在同一地区，天然地基土工程性质亦有差异
故地基处理问题具有复杂性。地基处理是否恰当，不仅影响建构筑物的安全和
使用，而且对建设速度、工程造价有较大影响，甚至可能成为工程建设中的关
键问题。
总结国内外地基处理经验教训和相关最新研究成果；在系统辨析各类地基
处理方法适用范围和优缺点的基础上，结合工程实例，综合考虑水文地质条
件、建筑结构类型及基础型式、周围环境条件、材料供应情况、施工条件等因素，
平衡各利益相关方对工程质量、工期和成本的要求，初选两种地基处理方法；
运用地基基础理论进行方案设计，通过工程造价、加固机理、使用材料等技术经
济指标比较，选择最佳地基处理方案。遴选成桩工艺，确定施工工艺流程，并
明确质量控制要点后，实施该方案；依据现行相关规范，结合实践经验，选用
低应变反射波、单桩竖向抗压静载试验和现场观测等方法进行桩身完整性、单桩
承载力及沉降效果检验。

Abstract
ABSTRACT
As the development of Chinese socialistic modernization construction, there are more and
more foundations needing extra reinforcement to meet the requirement of strength, stability and
deformation. Different building has different need to foundation, and the character of natural
foundation is also different in different place. The problem of foundation is very complex. If the
ground treatment is appropriate would affect the quality of building, the cost and the time of
construction, even would become the key factor of the whole construction project.
This paper summarizes the experience, lessons and research results of ground treatment in
China and other foreign countries. After systemically anglicizing the range of application, strong
point and weak point of several methods of ground treatment, and considering both the condition
of hydrogeology, structure, base, environment, material and the limit of construction time, cost
and quality of Beijing Olympic Distribution Center project, the author selects two methods, then
chooses the best method by means of comparing in many ways. The following step is designing
the ground treatment scheme. This paper also introduces the decision process of construction
technology, sequence and key point. The last part is choosing suitable methods to test the effect of
ground treatment.
