软件行业的成本管理问题研究

摘 要
随着信息技术的飞速发展，软件企业在我国高新技术产业中扮演着越来越重要的
角色。有效的软件项目管理和成本控制可以更好的为软件企业积蓄财力，可以增强软件
企业的竞争力。目前大部分软件企业尤其是中小型软件企业，其成本管理仍然秉承传统
的成本管理思路和方法，它们不能有效地保持和拓展自己的竞争优势，只能在激烈的
市场竞争中勉强维持，这些企业的成本管理现状令人担忧。对于部分软件企业来说，有
效的成本控制及规范化成本管理，已经成为这些软件企业所面临的诸多生计问题中的
关键问题之一。本文以作者工作的上海微创容盟软件有限公司为研究对象，分析了软件
成本管理中的不足和原因，并提出进行成本评估、确立软件成本控制制度、进行成本考
评、使用降低成本的策略来进行成本控制。

Abstract
With the rapid development of information technology, software enterprises are playing an
increasingly important role in China's high-tech industries. Effective software project
management and cost control could be better for software company’s financial savings, can
enhance the competitiveness of software enterprises. At present, most software companies,
especially small and medium software enterprises, their cost of management is still adhering
to the traditional cost management ideas and methods, they can not effectively maintain and
expand their competitive advantage, and they barely can stay in the fierce market competition.
The present situation of cost management in these enterprises is worrying. For some software
companies, the effective cost control and standardization of cost management, has become
one of the key issues in many livelihood problems the software business faced. In this paper,
Shanghai UNITA Software company in which the author works as the object of study, author
analyzed the software cost management deficiencies and causes, and propose cost assessment
、establish the software cost control system、conducting cost evaluation, using the lower cost
of strategies for cost control.
