摘要
本文以“钻石模型”为理论依据，以时间序列实证分析和面板数据模型实证
分析方法为技术支撑，对影响上海和香港金融服务贸易国际竞争力的各种因素进
行了研究。通过分析研究结果，对沪港两地的金融服务贸易竞争力进行了比较，
依据比较结果，结合上海地区金融服务的现状，对上海金融服务贸易未来的发展
提出政策建议。本文把计量经济的研究方法和经济学理论结合，进行实证分析，
从具体的回归方程得出结论，具有较强的理论意义和现实意义。
首先，本文通过把“钻石模型”六个因素中的四个基本因素具体量化分类，
总结了10 个影响金融服务贸易国际竞争力的指标，以这10 个指标为自变量，上
海和香港金融服务贸易出口额为因变量，分别进行时间序列实证研究。在时间序
列实证研究中，使用了相关性分析，ADF 检验，KMO 和Bartlett's 检验，主成分
分析，协整检验，回归分析等时间序列实证分析方法，对上海和香港地区金融服
务贸易国际竞争力的各种因素进行单独分析，分别得出实证分析的结论，并对分
析结果进行了现实意义的总结。其次，本文通过综合上海和香港地区的原始数据，
建立面板数据，通过F检验，Hausman 检验，确立面板数据的回归模型——变系数
回归模型，通过回归分析，得出了一组回归方程，依据该组回归方程，可以在同
一维度中对上海和香港的金融服务贸易各个因素进行比较。最后，通过对时间序
列回归方程和面板数据回归方程中各自变量的逐个分析，得出了对金融服务贸易
国际竞争力影响力较强的各种因素，并对上海和香港金融服务贸易的各因素进行
了比较和现实意义的分析。
结合上海和香港地区金融服务贸易的发展特点，通过对各个因素的现实意义
分析，得出结论：即上海金融服务贸易还处于发展的初期阶段，对基础经济，如
GDP 和货物贸易的依赖性较强，并 且 对 地区内部的金融需求和金融供给的变动反应
较为敏感，但对地区贸易开放度则反映较为迟钝，这也说明，在上海资本市场尚
未完全开放的条件下，上海金融服务贸易的发展还处于初期，相比之下，香港金
融服务贸易的发展则较为完善，即其本地经济各项指标的波动对香港金融服务贸
易出口额影响较小，但贸易开放度则对香港金融服务贸易的影响较大，这也说明，
自由开放的金融市场，对成熟的金融服务贸易的发展非常重要。在上海和香港金
融服务贸易国际竞争力影响因素的综合分析比较中，得出了一系列迅速提高上海
金融服务贸易国际竞争力的方法，对未来上海金融服务贸易发展的方向提供了较
好的借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
This article takes "diamond model" as the theoretical basis,takes empirical analysis
of time series and panel data model series as technical endorsement, makeresearch of
the influencing factors of the international financial services trade competitiveness in
Shanghai and Hong Kong.And then make comparison of the competitiveness of
Shanghai and Hong Kong international financial services trade, based on the results of
comparison, combined with the current status of the financial services in Shanghai,
making policy recommendations for the future development of Shanghai financial
services trade. This article combined econometric research methods with economics
theory, make empirical analysis, get conclusion from the specific regression equation,
this has a string theoretical and practical significance.
Firstly, throughspecific quantitative classification of the six factors in "diamond
model", 10 indicators can be summed up from the four basic factors, these 10 indicators
are independent variables, exports amount of Shanghai and Hong Kong financial
services trade are dependent variable. Those 11 variables have been used to make
empirical research. First, correlation analysis, ADF test, KMO and Bartlett's test,
principal component analysis, cointegration test, regression analysis are employed for
the methods outlined in this article. By making empirical analysis of the time series on a
variety of factors that Shanghai and Hong Konginternational competitiveness of the
financial services trade separately, withdraw different conclusions, make analysis
separately, and summarizethe results of the analysis. Secondly, by integrating time
series data of Shanghai and Hong Kong, panel data can be established, by F test,
Hausman test, to establish a panel data regression model---variable coefficient
regression model, through regression analysis, regression equation can be obtained by
the regression equation analysis of each variable individually, and then make
comparison of Shanghai and Hong Kong international financial service trade on the
same level. Last but not least, from the analysis above, based on the international
competitiveness of the strong influence of trade in financial services, a variety of factors
of Shanghai and Hong Kong financial service trade can be summed up, and then make
realistic significance analysis.
Combined with the characteristics of Shanghai and Hong Kong financial services
trade, through the analysis of various factors, make conclusion: Shanghai financial
services trade is still in its early stages of development, it stronglydepends on its
