ABSTRACT
This thesis mainly talks about the research and design of small test instrument for
controller of intelligent air circuit breaker. It is used to test the basic protect function of
the controller of circuit breaker. It can judge whether the technical index is conform to
the correlative standard so that the circuit breaker is able to work normally in the daily
work. This test instruments main function is to generate voltage and current signal, and
put them to the controller to simulate the real bus bar current signal inducted from
current transformer in air circuit breaker. The test instrument judges whether the
controller is working in the right status rely on its movement reaction for the signal.
With the more and more widely application of the intelligent air circuit breaker, the test
instrument for its controller is more and more important.
Firstly, the thesis introduced the state of development of circuit breaker, and
discussed the significance of working reliability. Then the current classify of test
instrument for controller of air circuit breaker is discussed, and the current situation that
both in China and in abroad of it is analyzed, and clarified the significance of research
and design of small test instrument. Thinking about the current state of development of
the test instrument, we cleared the research function and technical index of it.
In addition, after principle design of the system, and declare the key algorithm of it,
for example, the output analog signal accuracy could be improved through the feedback
PID regulation, the paper describes the research and design of small test instrument in
detail from two main aspects: hardware part and software part. In hardware portion,
hardware principle circuits of various modules in small test instrument are illustrated,
include generate and self-correcting of analog signal circuit, reference voltage circuit
and zero compensation circuit, communication module circuit, power circuit module
and human-computer interface portion. In software portion, corresponding the hardware
circuit module, the paper illustrate the software design principle and flow diagram of
each module.
Finally, after the complete machine design and hardware assembling, we
completed the design task initially. And, through the system debug of both hardware and
software, and solve the problems which are found during the debug process, for
example, the D/A transition problem, the design of small test instrument was
fundamentally completed. Its precision of generated signal and basic function are all
accord with the design require, and achieve the expected design target.
