深圳市产业空间结构优化研究
摘 要
城市产业结构调整和空间结构优化问题一直是区域经济学研究的重要课题，
在我国现阶段也是非常有现实意义的。产业空间结构的合理与否直接影响着区域
经济发展效果和状态，合理的空间结构，可以促进区域经济的协调、快速、持续发
展；不合理的区域空间结构往往制约、阻碍区域经济的发展。
深圳市作为中国经济发展、改革的“排头兵”，二十年多来，深圳经由一个边
陲小镇发展成为初具规模的现代化城市。其产业结构演进的程度和城市空间结构
的水平在我国都处于领先水平，从产业结构演进看，深圳已进入工业化的后期阶
段；从城市空间结构持续不断的调整水平看，城市也步入城市空间结构调整的关
键阶段。本文在总结有关产业空间结构理论的基础上，首先分析了深圳市产业空
间结构的演变历程、总结了其现状特点，然后分析了影响深圳市产业空间结构发
展的背景因素及调整目标，最后提出了深圳市产业空间结构的引导性政策和优化
思路。本文主体分析研究共分为四个部分：
第二章，首先明确产业空间结构的含义，接着由浅入深介绍有关产业空间结
构的理论，包括城市产业空间结构发展的基本模式、演化原理等，为进一步研究
奠定理论基础。
第三章，探析、归纳了深圳市产业空间结构的发展特征及形成主要动力机制，
为今后深圳市地域发展趋势做出准确的战略性判断，并最终为深圳市产业空间结
构调控对策、措施的提出提供依据。
第四章，分析归纳了现阶段深圳市产业空间结构的现状特点以及所存在的主
要问题。
第五章，从深港大都会建设、珠三角区域发展、国内外形势与政策的变化及可
持续发展观的建立五个方面分析深圳市产业空间结构发展所处的背景。并且根据
现状确定深圳市产业内部结构的调整目标。
第六章，在了解了深圳市产业空间结构的现状以及存在的问题、正确把握其
发展趋势之后，最终提出深圳市产业空间结构调整的对策及总体思路。

ABSTRACT
Spatial structure of the industry is always a important question for discussion in
regional economics research and significant in nowadays of China. Spatial structure of
the industry has a direct impact on the development of the regional economy. A
reasonable structure promotes a harmonious, rapid and sustainable regional economic
development while an unreasonable one could hinder the development of regional
economy.
As one of the most quickly speed in economics developed cities of China,
Shenzhen has developed as be a cosmically modern city. The degree of development of
the Spatial structure of the industry in Shenzhen is keep ahead in China. This paper,
based on the theory of spatial structure of the industry, analyzes the evolution and
spatial structure of the industry in Shenzhen city at first, sums up their characteristics.
And then analyzes the impact of the background to the development of industrial
structure and forecasts its development trend. Finally, the Shenzhen city’s policies to
guide the optimization of industrial structure and optimization ideas ．This paper
mainly has four parts in analysis and research:
In second chapter, explains the meaning of industrial structure, and then introduces
the theory of Spatial Structure of the industry step by step. The theory includes
Industrial Classification theory, the evolution of the industrial structure theory, location
theory, the regional division of labor and industrial structure evolution theory. It lays a
theoretical foundation for further study．
In third chapter, researches the characteristic of the different historical stages in the
development of the spatial industry and the effect factors. Make an accurate judgment of
Shenzhen city zone’s future development trend. And provides a basis for the ultimate
structure of control measures for the spatial industry in Shenzhen city．
In fourth chapter, analyses and concludes and the traits of the spatial structure of
the industry and the main problems at present of Shenzhen city.
In fifth chapter, in aspects of Shenzhen and Hongkong work together for big city in
the world, the regional economics development in Pearl River Delta, the change of
International status an domestic policies and the establishment of continual development
concept, analyses the context of development of Shenzhen city. Forecasts
the development object of the structure of the space industry in Shenzhen city according
to the current situation．
Finally, under the understanding of the spatial structure of the industry in Shenzhen
city and of the existing problems and correctly pointes out the development trend,
finally cites the adjustment of industrial structure and overall ideas．
