浅谈石化文明社区的建设
摘要
城市文明社区建设，是加强社会主义精神文明建设的重要途径和有效手段，
是社会主义现代化建设的必由之路，是保持我国社会稳定的重要基础，是城市基
层民主化进程的推动力，是城市居民生活质量不断提高的重要保证。本文从从文明
社区的内涵和定义出发，以石化社区为研究对象，研究该社区文明社区建设的几
个突出问题：群众缺乏社区参与热情和积极性，社区文化建设动力不足，社区基
础设施建设滞后。 并提出了具体解决措施是:强化社区群众的社区意识，加大社区
文化建设力度，增强社区文化建设的动力和发展后劲。扭转社区基础设施建设滞后
的局面。

Abstract
The activities on the construction of urban cultural
community have been carried out in our country at present.
Such activities are basic projects for construction of
cultural cities, and they are also important tasks for study
in which are of strategic importance for our country. This
paper steps out the concept and means of urban cultural
community ,takes SHIHUA community as the example, studies
several striking problems in construction of urban cultural
community: no enthusiasm to take participate in the urban
cultural community, lack of the power to construction of urban
cultural community, the lag of community cultural facilities
and activity infrastructure .The strategies of suggestions
of creating a new situation in the construction of urban
cultural community: Arouse the masses' enthusiasm and zeal in
participation. Enlarge community culture and increase the
driving force and developing reserve strategies. Turn round
the stagnant situation in the construction of community
infrastructure.
