摘 要
随着经济全球化进程加快和科学技术飞速发展，产业转移成为国际间经济活
动的重要组成部分，伴随着国际产业转移的是各国经济开放和竞争加剧。各国不
断追逐国际贸易利益，加之资源分配不均，资本在国际间流动并带动了产业其他
资源的转移。
亚洲是国际产业转移活动的中心，区域内的产业转移对各国的经济发展都是
一次重要的机遇。日本和韩国的经济正面临着产业对外转移和国内经济结构调整
的问题，同时日韩也是我国重要的外资来源国和贸易伙伴。我国丰富的资源、完
善的基础设施和广阔的市场吸引了大批发达国家来华投资。作为亚洲经济的“领
头羊”，日本和韩国对华产业转移在我国的经济发展和产业结构调整过程中占着举
足轻重的作用。随着我国经济的发展，亚洲国家之间的经济力量对比也在发生变
化。在这种动态背景下，日本和韩国对华产业转移的趋势和中日、中韩贸易发展
呈现出新特点。如何面对来自不同国家的产业转移和更好地对外产业转移，以及
如何改善中日、中韩巨幅贸易逆差问题成为我国经济发展必须面对的问题。
本文研究共有六章。第一章为绪论。提出了文章的选题背景和意义，以及研
究内容和方法，并在最后提出了本文研究的新视角。第二章对已有文献进行了整
理归纳。着重概述了国际产业转移的动因并整理归纳了国际产业转移与进出口贸
易的关系。第三章对比分析日韩两国对华产业转移情况。首先阐述了中国吸纳国
际产业转移的现状；其次，对于日韩对华产业转移的具体情况，分别从动因、行
业分布、投资方式和区位分布四个因素来考察。第四章对比分析了中日、中韩双
边贸易现状。笔者首先概述了中日、中韩进出口贸易的现状，随后从贸易规模和
贸易结构两个方面进行描述并作对比分析。第五章为实证分析。首先，考察日韩
对华产业转移和中国进口、出口贸易总额的关系，结果发现日本对华产业转移对
我国进出口贸易的促进作用比韩国对华产业转移的促进作用更加显著；其次，考
察日韩对华产业转移和中日进出口贸易额、中韩进出口贸易额的关系，研究发现
日本对华产业转移对我国从日本进口的影响较为显著，韩国对华产业转移对我国
向韩国出口的影响较为显著；再次，考查日韩对华分产业的产业转移和中国分产
业GDP 对中日、中韩间分产业贸易的影响，发现不同产业的贸易受到的影响也不
同。最后一章为结论建议及展望。为我国如何更好的承接国际产业转移和对外产
业转移提出建议并提出未来研究方向。

ABSTRACT
With the increasing development of the economic globalization and the science and
technology, industry transfer has been an important part of international economic
activities, which is accompanied by economic opening and intensifying competition.
For the consideration of seeking out benefit of international trade and uneven resources,
capital transfer in different countries and promote the transfer of industry and other
resources.
Asia has become the most active area of these economic activities, which offered a
critical opportunity of economic development to all the countries in this area. The
economy of Japan and South Korea is facing the problem of transfer abroad and
adjusting the industrial structure, and both of them are important FDI source countries
and trade patterns of China. With the competitive advantages of abundant resources,
matured infrastructure and broad market, China has attracted a large number of FDI
from many developed countries. As the “bellwether” in Asia economy, Japan and South
Korea are playing decisive roles in China’s economic development and industry
restructuring. Along with China’s economic development, the comparative economic
power among the Asian countries is changing. In this dynamic context, the trend of
Sino-Japan and Sino-South Korea industry transfer and trade development presents new
features. The problems that we have to face in developing economy are how to face the
international industry transfer and the huge trade-deficit between Sino-Japan and
Sino-South Korea.
This dissertation contains six chapters. Chapter 1 is introduction. In this chapter, it
elaborates the background of the topic, theoretical and practical significance, research
methods and contents, and gives the innovation of this research in the last. Chapter 2 is
reviews of related literatures. It outlines the motives of international industry transfer
and the relations of it to import and export trade. Chapter3 is the comparative analysis
of industry transfer from Japan and South Korea to China. First, it elaborates the current
situation of international industry transfer to China. Then, it investigate the specific
circumstances of Sino-Japan and Sino-South Korea industry transfer from four factors,
which are the motives, industry distribution, mode of investment and locations. Chapter
4 is the comparative analysis of the current situation of Sino-Japan and Sino-South
Korea import-export trade. The author first outlines the current status of Sino-Japan and
Sino-South Korea import-export trade, then describes and comparatively analyzes the
trade status in trade scale and structure. Chapter 5 is empirical analysis. First, empirical
analysis reveals that it brings Trade Creation Effect to transfer industries from Japan and
Korea to China. Second, the investigation on relations of industry transfer to imports
and exports within Sino-Japan and Sino-South Korea shows that
Japan's industry transfer has significant influence on China's inport trade with Japan,me
anwhile, Korea's industy transfer has the same influence on China's export trade with it.
Third, Japan and South Korea’s industry transfer has different effects on different
industries’ trade which is based on the research of industry transfer and GDP in different
industries. Chapter 7 is conclusion and prospect. It gives some suggestions on
undertaking international industry transfer domestic and transferring industries abroad
and proposes future research directions.
