Abstract
Supply chain management procurement is an extremely important part however
most enterprises still limited understanding of procurement in the traditional sense of the
commodity trading focusing only on control of procurement prices no combination of the
supply chain upstream and downstream for in-depth analysis of the value and operations
so the cost is difficult to find the real reasons and effective cost control. Supply Chain
Management procurement management procurement management as a new model has been
great concern. This paper discusses supply chain management mode of procurement
management features combined with Shanghai Lantian Blue Sky status of
procurement management procurement management in a series of improvements on the
premise of the full implementation of Supply Chain Management Procurement
Management completely change the original inefficient procurement management. With
suppliers to establish strategic partnership based on the time taken for the implementation of

摘要采购是供应链管理中一项极其重要的环节,然而,大多数企业对采购的认识还只局限于传统意义上的商品交易,只注重控制采购的价格,没有结合供应链的上游和下游,进行深入的价值和作业分析,这样很难发现成本的真正原因,并进行有效的成本控制。供应链管理模式下的采购管理,作为一种新型的采购管理模式,一直备受关注。本文论述了供应链管理模式下的采购管理的特点,结合上海蓝天公司(BlueSky)采购管理的现状,在对采购管理进行一系列改进的前提下,全面实施供应链管理模式下的采购管理,彻底转变了原有低效的采购管理方式。在与供应商建立战略合作伙伴关系的基础上,采供双方推行准时化运作。关键词:供应链,采购,库存管理IAbs...
