基于 Flexsim 的汽车装配车间物流建模与仿真的研究
摘 要
随着制造企业的竞争从规模竞争、质量竞争转向速度竞争,缩短从订货到交
货的周期成了企业赢得市场的首要因素。而企业的制造设施布局是否合理直接
响着企业的生产率和生产周期。作为工业工程领域重要的分支之一设施规划设

正是对一个企业中的实物设施进行组织,以提高企业资源(人设备、和能

模型产线的特点,分析装配车间的生产特点和仿真原则,的
位建模的思想,按车间工位的特点,进行独立工位的 ESHLEP-N 建模,非独立工
位 的 ESHLEP-N 建 模 和 整 个 装 配 车 间 的 生 产 物 流 ESHLEP-N 建 模 , 并指出
ESHLEP-N 模型的点和解决方法。
究 ESHLEP-N 模 Flexsim 模仿
Flexsim 接口函计,流路,加间和间,
生故障,加工计划,装配方法进行了详细研究修改接口函数
数得到实现。
生产系统物流仿真的的是生产计划进行仿真,分析仿真结果,进而
找出整个生产线题的找出一个解决再次进行仿真分
析。如此反复,得到一种合理的生产线组织形式在 Flexsim 模型建立后,对在仿
真模型校核和验证,在得到与实模型相结果后,在模行一个原
始的生产计划,分析其各位的性能指标,进行分析后相应的调整。
模型输出结果,对系统运行状况进行详细析,探讨装配车间瓶颈,对发展
出改善措施。

Study on Simulation and Stimulation on Material Flow
Process in Auto Manufacturing based on Flexsim
Abstract:When competition of manufacturing enterprises turns to improve the
production speed from expanding production scale and improving production quality,
how to shorten the time between orders to delivery is the primary factor to win the

market for enterprise. And whether the manufacturing facility layout of enterprise is
reasonable directly influences its productivity and production period. As one of
important branch of Industrial Engineering, the manufacturing facility design is to
organize the facility of enterprise to improve the utilization of enterprise resources
(human, equipments, materials, energy etc.) to achieve the efficient performance. The
traditional method of facility design is mainly quantitative analysis combining with
experience, this method is complex in computing and the design period is long, and
whether the design plan is reasonable need to verify through real production, so it
increases cost and risk, and doesn't adapt to the enterprise production. With rapidly
development of system simulation technique, using simulation technique to the design,
verification and analysis phases of facility design plans can effectively avoid risk of
changing real facility layout.
Firstly, this paper analysis the basic theory on manufacture logistics system, pus
forward the logistics simulation principle discusses the schedule ways and analysis
technology of manufacture layout in details and gives the value means on manufacture
logistics system performance. Then it puts forward the Perti theory and analysis why the
normal Perti Net can not fit the logistics modeling, educes the ESHLEP-N to modeling
manufacture logistics system, points out the basic steps using ESHLEP-N to modeling
manufacture logistics system. And introduce the Flexsim software.
Second, it studies the convert means from ESHLEP-N models to Flexim models,
designs the Flexsim interface function of Flexim models, especially studies logistics
route layouts, manufacture time and setup time, rand breakout, plan, and assemble
means in details. Through revising interface function and script function, this function
can be realized.
The aims of manufacture logistics models are to analysis simulation results and find out
the problems on the whole produce lines. Aim at theses problems, finds out the
solutions and simulate it again. Through the many time, it gets the rational production
line. To this paper, after setting up the Flexsim models and validate it comparability.
Then It runs the schedule plan and analysis the performance of some GONGWEI,
adjusts it after analyzing. To the results, analysis the system states, discusses the
bottleneck, puts forwards the reform measure.
At last, the paper brings forward several feasible suggestions on the simulation
output.
