摘 要
本文通过对中国民用航空市场和旅游市场的分析和研究,来说明航
空公司应该注重航空旅游客户,应抓住世界普遍看好中国旅游市场的时
机,积极拓展航空旅游市场,使旅游旅客为航空公司创造更大的利润。
首先,根据历史数据,对航空公司的旅游市场与普通旅游进行比较
和定量分析。并且细分航空客户,进行结构分析,研究航空旅游客户占航
空旅客的比例和此比例的发展方向。
除了上面的定量分析以外,还根据航空旅游客户流向的特点,进一
步对旅游市场特点进行分析,对现在航空旅游市场的不足之处加以重点
剖析,并提出改进措施,以吸引更多的游客,加快航空旅游市场的发展。
经过数据研究和市场特点分析,显然,航空旅游市场的发展空间是巨大
的,本文在此基础上归纳总结了五个潜在的航空旅游市场,找到没有挖
掘的原因和开拓这些市场的方法。
最后,提出开发航空旅游市场的两个根本角度,一是规范旅行社或
代理人,与他们的紧密合作共同开发航空旅游市场。二是,利用航空公司
的优势和已有条件建立一个属于自己的旅游企业。

ABSTRACT
Studying the market of China Aviation and the market of tour, these

indicates that airlines should pay attention to the passengers of Aviation Tour
and grasp the chance that most of countries think highly of the market of
Chinese tour. In order to make great profit, a series of treasures should be
taken to broaden the market of Aviation Tour.
First of all ,use the recent and relevant data so as to predict how the
market of Aviation Tour make Civil Aviation develop better.
In addition to the data above-mentioned, the airlines should go further
into analyzing these markets of tour. In accordance with the present feature of
aviation passengers’ movement, and go further into analyzing these markets of
tour. The airlines should try their best to get rid of disadvantages to promote
the development of touring market.
As far as the Aviation Transport market is concerned at present, the space
of development is huge. So I sum up the five latent market of Aviation Tour in
the follow article. Find out the causes that these latent markets are not built up
to broaden these markets to accomplish the true value.
In the end, I ante up two problem of how to develop the air tour market.
First, the airlines should develop the air tour market with travel agency and the
agent of airlines. Second, the airlines should use it’s own advantage to erect an
air tour business of it’s own.
